James joined the Apex Fiduciary in 2005 as a senior trust officer with over 13 years of prior experience in the finance industry. Currently heading up an administration team, James’ team is responsible for a number of Louvre’s high net worth clients. The team specialises in both commercial and residential property owning structures, property development and incorporated cell structures. James also has keen interest in contentious trust issues and their resolution. James is company secretary of Apex Trust (Guernsey) Limited as well as a director and company secretary of all the operating subsidiaries of Apex Trust (Guernsey) Limited, and is responsible for maintaining the group’s relationship with the Guernsey Registry.
