Derek Baudains has been at the helm of the Apex Fiduciary for over fifteen years. Prior to this he was chief executive officer of The Viking Trust Group Limited and managing director of Midland Bank Trust Corporation (Guernsey) Limited. He holds an MBA in Management through Henley Management College, and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
Derek has been the key to developing the Apex Fiduciary globally, having been responsible for establishing subsidiary offices in the jurisdictions where we now enjoy a presence. He has also been the prime mover in promoting the wide range of services which the Group has to offer, travelling extensively in order to establish contacts with intermediaries and individuals worldwide.
